QUOTED RATES ARE:

Quoted in South African Rands and are inclusive of VAT @ 15% and tourism levy @ 1%.
Subject to availability.

RATE CHANGES:

All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice, however fully paid bookings will be honoured.
!Khamab Kalahari Reserve reserves the right to amend the quoted rates accordingly, should the Government change the percentage level of VAT or introduce an additional tax or levy during the duration of this contract.
Special rates and discounts can NEVER be combined.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

!Khamab Kalahari Reserve should be advised of any special requests – such as dietary preferences, honeymoons, birthday celebrations and anniversaries – at least 14 days prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS TO BE ARRANGED ON REQUEST:

PAYMENTS:

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required for direct bookings.
Bookings made within 1 calendar month prior to arrival requires full pre-payment.
Extras to be settled before departure.
We accept all credit cards.
With exclusive use of the lodge bookings, a 25% deposit is required at the date of confirmation.
Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation should be in writing stating the reason.
90+ days, no cancellation fee.
61-90 days, 10% cancellation fee – or amount already paid can be used as a credit towards a later stay.
31-60 days, 50% cancellation fee – or amount already paid can be used as a credit towards a later stay.
0-30 days, 100% cancellation fee.
When booking the lodge exclusively, 25% of the full amount is non-refundable.
When booking the lodge exclusively, 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1-60 days prior to the date of arrival.

INSURANCE:

We recommend that all guests have sufficient travel or medical insurance to cover injury, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss or damage to personal belongings and cancellation.
